Since we take a very personalized approach to assigning you a VA, the first step is to assess your requirements during our initial call. After our cooperation is confirmed, you’ll receive a contract to sign. Based on it we will propose to you 2-3 of the best assistants to choose.

How do you ensure quality control?
All our assistants use a special program, which logs their time and takes a snapshot every 10 min. It also records the total number of mouse clicks, scroll actions, and keystrokes per segment. So in case you need, we will provide you with hourly descriptions of all steps of completed tasks.
Nevertheless, we conduct a rigorous interview process and consider only highly qualified and experienced professionals with the required skills sets and background to provide outstanding services.
We never outsource to third-party providers in order to control the quality.
What to do if the assistant doesn’t suit me?
Email us at contact@mydatalux.com, we will discuss the problem and fix it. Therefore we will send you the Deficiency Act to fill in. This document contains an exhaustive list of defects that should be corrected in full compliance with the requirements that apply to this type of work/service. Moreover, if the problem isn’t fixed, we will replace the assistant.

Could I replace an assistant?
Absolutely.

Will you support me in my journey?
Certainly yes. Our team members work during business hours, from Monday till Friday. We will be happy to help whenever you need.

Do my assistant works on weekends and holidays?
No problem, please inform us during the initial call that you need the assistant who works on the weekend and holidays.
How can I protect my personal and company information?
All myDATAlux staff have signed a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) covering the protection of your information and intellectual property. In addition, take advantage of password management to protect your identity while online.
