myDATAlux (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the https://www.mydatalux.com website. It’s an agency which provides the selection of the virtual personal assistants to help our clients (among others it could be executives and CEOs of the companies etc.)  to grow their business (“Service”). myDATAlux seeks to be a leader in the selection of virtual PAs, coach them taking into consideration client’s needs and needs of their company (personal approach for each client).  

We propose to our clients a top-notch assistant whose is a key element in being productive.

Quality and responsibility always are the important components in the success of our agency.

At myDATAlux we know that your privacy is of the utmost importance to you. Accordingly, we treat your information confidentially and are committed to protecting your privacy and your personally identifiable information.

None of the Materials may be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, uploaded, posted, displayed, transmitted or distributed in any way and nothing on the Portal shall be construed to confer any license under any of the myDATAlux’s intellectual property rights. 

 

6. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

If you believe that material located on or linked to by the Service violates your copyrights, you are encouraged to notify us via email at: contact@mydatalux.com.We will respond to all such notices, including as required or appropriate by removing the infringing material or disabling all links to the infringing material. We will terminate a user's access to and use of the Service if, under appropriate circumstances, the visitor is determined to be a repeat infringer of the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of myDATAlux or others. In the case of such termination, we will have no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid to myDATAlux.

 

7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The Agreement together with the Privacy Policy constitutes the sole and entire agreement between you and the myDATAlux with respect to the Service and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, both written and oral.

 

8. ACCURACY OF MATERIALS

The materials appearing on myDATAlux website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. myDATAlux does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. myDATAlux may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However, myDATAlux does not make any commitment to update the materials.

myDATAlux has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by myDATAlux of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.

 

10. REFUND POLICY

myDATAlux will issue a full refund if users (clients) inform us about their reasonable concern within 7 days from the start date of cooperation which will be confirmed by the relevant agreement. In other ways each issue will be processed by the Service administration separately. 

 

11. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS

The Terms are entered into by and between you and the myDATAlux, and they govern your access to and use of the Service and all related services, and all updates and revisions thereto, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Service, whether as a guest.

This agreement remains in full force and effect while you use the Service. If you wish to terminate your cooperation, you may stop using the Service by notifying us at contact@mydatalux.com. 

 

12. CHANGES TO OUR TERMS OF USE

myDATAlux may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page frequently so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
